- —Drafting of statements of facts and grounds for the instructed firm to settle and file.
- —Drafting of summary grounds of defence and detailed grounds for the local authority's instructed firm.
- —Strategic advice across the lifecycle of the claim — permission, substantive hearing, settlement, costs.
- —Skeleton argument drafting support.
Out of Scope
- —Filing or service of any pleading in the practice's own name.
- —Acting as solicitor on the record.
Typical Deliverables & Engagement
- Day rate for drafting and strategy work.
- Capped fee per piece of drafting (e.g. Pre-Action Protocol letter, grounds of defence).
