SRA Freelance Disclosure
Elizabeth Okinda is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (SRA number 489420) and is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. She practises as an SRA-regulated freelance solicitor under regulation 10.2(a) of the SRA Authorisation of Individuals Regulations.
The practice is not an authorised body or a recognised sole practice. Legal services are provided personally by Elizabeth Okinda in her own name. The practice does not employ anyone in connection with the legal services it provides.
The SRA Standards and Regulations, including the SRA Principles and the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, RELs, RFLs and RSLs, apply to Elizabeth's practice. The SRA Code of Conduct for Firms and the SRA Accounts Rules do not apply to a freelance solicitor in the same way as to an authorised firm.
